SEL Quest is a small, independently run program that uses role-playing games to help youth build emotional and social skills through imaginative play and guided reflection.

It’s designed for ages 10–17, but open to anyone who enjoys storytelling and wants to grow emotionally and socially.

Not at all! I guide each group step by step. Whether it’s their first game or they’re seasoned players, everyone is welcome.

Empathy, emotional regulation, teamwork, communication, confidence, and creative problem-solving.

No—it’s not clinical therapy. But it is supportive, intentional, and designed to nurture emotional growth in a safe, structured environment.

Small and personal—usually 4 to 6 participants per group so each player is seen and heard.

Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes, typically held once a week.

Both are available depending on location and interest. I’m happy to work with what’s best for my client’s.

Sessions are just for the kids to keep things comfortable and focused, but I do offer regular updates or check-ins if requested.

She does this by verifying boundaries, and keeping good communication. The experience was engaging and Erin’s original content was creative and witty. As an inexperienced participant, I required more help than the other players. Erin guided with patience while managing the pace of play to ensure the more experienced people were still challenged. The result was a fun afternoon of laughter, improvisation and questing with likeminded adults. I enjoyed the first experience so much I’ve returned to several more of her sessions. 10/10 would recommend
